For those of you who want some great themes (Galaxy S4, HTC Sense, Xperia Z, or AOSP) along with multi-window (enabled for all apps using Multi-Window control app), and lots of customization, check out the latest version of HyperDrive ROM. Also, the ROM offers complete customization of theme using Mophology (similar to MOAR ROM) if you want.
Looking for some good AOSP ROMs? (What is AOSP?)
If you haven’t tried the latest Carbon ROM, definitely you should give this ROM a go. I’ve been actually following Carbon ROM ever since the first nightlies came out for my Note 2 couple months back and now they support many new devices including most Galaxy S3s plus their latest stable releases are pretty solid with customization similar to AOKP ROM.

For AOSP ROM of the week, you will certainly want to check out the latest AOKP MR1 Milestone 1 ROM.
The latest “MR1 Milestone 1″ is the first, ever “stable” version put out by the AOKP Team and official versions are available for those of you with AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, or GT-i9300 Galaxy S3.
If you’ve been put off by the fact that there was no stable Android 4.2.2 AOKP yet, now is the time to reboot into ClockworkMod Recovery and install the latest AOKP ROM.

Here’s a quick update on the latest Synergy ROM revision 484 for Galaxy S3, available for AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, or Canadian dual-core S3s. The latest version comes with a new “floating multi-window titlebar” controls (if you don’t want floating windows), TreveE wifi tether updated with MAC spoofing option, and Ziggy kernel working for T-Mobile users (finally!).
There’s also a new logic to detect your carrier during installation so it should be a lot easier to install for all carriers.

For this week’s ROM of the week, check out JellyBAM ROM version 7.4 for your rooted Galaxy S3, available for AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, US Cellular, and GT-i9300. For Canadian users, you can use AT&T or T-Mobile depending on your model number. (E.g. If you have SGH-i747M, use AT&T, if you have SGH-T999V, use T-Mobile)
The latest JellyBAM ROM comes with the latest AOKP MR1 Build 6 ROM, CM10.1 RC0 ROM, and also ParanoidAndroid v.3.15 ROM. This is a “hybrid” ROM that’s a mix of those three ROMs and the latest version is more stable

Available for all variants including AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, and internationl GT-i9300, PACMan ROM is a “hybrid” ROM made up of AOKP, CM10.1, and ParanoidAndroid ROMs.
If you want to experience all of those three ROMs without installing all of them and benefit having features from all the 3 ROMs with one ROM, PACMan ROM is another great candidate in addition to JellyBAM ROM (just more choices).
