Honestly, I totally forgot about this ROM, Ultima ROM for months! The latest version of Ultima ROM is probably one of the most customizable ROMs for the Galaxy S3 GT-i9300 with literally every kernel/launcher available with its AROMA installer.
Ultima ROM combines some of the best features like multi-window (enabled for all apps using Multi-Window Control app), HD YouTube app with Screen-off play, 5×6 TouchWiz launcher (if you want TouchWiz), 5 different lockscreens, lockscreen torch, auto call-recording, long-press to kill apps, and lots more. Best of all, I like how Ultima ROM comes themed yet its subtle, you barely notice it’s there. I personally prefer slightly themed ROMs and Ultima ROM is an ultimate example of that.
As shown in the latter part of the video overview, Ultima ROM comes with a load of options with its AROMA installer, it takes literally 10 minutes to just get through the options. is there any ROM where i dont need to encrypt the device for webmail. My work email puts this condition to encrypt the device and with all the ROMs i have tried …when i try to encrypt the device after installing any ROM my galaxy S3 just dies. i need to install the original ROM of samsung using odin..and hence lose everything
please suggest

I downlowed this way; credits XPA, opens Xpa developers, click download all versions, in download choose XPAfileservers. It took me two hours at 10 mega. Hope have helped.

Trying to install it, but Aroma Installer freezes on me during the part where you pick what features you want. Any help Max?
Tested the rom for a day and loved almost everything about it. Just had one issue with it, it used too much of ram. Ram on the phone was always @ 750mb… Only reason i went back to stock rom. If there is a solution to this, please advise me on this. Max, Awesome site. Thanks for all the great tips
after finally getting it to download which took an entire day,,it was really nice but the 4.2 camera wouldn’t work it would not take and save the picture..would always say gallery not working..any help,,i really liked this one,,and thanks max love this site,,
Hi, I’ve tried the UltimaROM now for 24 hours. It was ok, but now I have reinstalled with new settings and now I again and again get the message Process com.android.phone has stopped. I will try another reinstall.
And do anyone know, how I get a 24 hour clock instead of 12 hour am/pm?
It’s a very nice rom but damn that AROMA installer crash like mother#@%¤&.
Hi max, thanks for the videos btw, they are great im always checking the new ones! Just a quick question, y do u always use siyah kernal, is it just to dual boot roms or do u just prefer it? Im using it but was just wondering if there are better ones because im not dual booting any roms. Thanks

I found that any pictures that I’ve taken, can’t be viewed.
I’ve wiped everything and started again, still getting the same thing.

I´ve been using this rom without any problems. I consider it one of best rom out there. If I were you I´d try to install it from the start. I chose siyah kernel and band version xxemb5, The rest I chose galaxy stock even camera.

and camera is still not working.
not sure what’s going on.
So try download the rom from other server. Maybe there is something corrupted with you dowload. I even installed a second camera with photosphere and both work fine, the cameras and the galeries.
can i instal this rom my GT-N7100 i need this rom 4 my phone otherwise wich rom same feature same everthing anyone help me
gt-n7100 is galaxy note 2.. the Rom is for galaxy s3 only gt-i9300 only international version.
Try other rom like Amnospherum, Alliance, Criskello, Romow and X-rom. This Roms are higlhly stable.
They are Very nice Roms for gt-n7100 NOTE 2.
want to ask. my galaxy s3 international version running ultima rom v11,if i want to change to sentinel rom i should flash stock rom first or just flash sentinel rom?
Just wipe sd card, wipe cache and reflash new rom. No need to restore stock and then reflash.

Sadly I’ve installed the rom and though everything works great I am not able to get my weather forecast or use foursquare or any app that requires a location. Seems like my GPS cant get a lock on me.
